GENERAL PROPOSED PLAN NOTES
Framing contractors are responsible for all
labor, for the scope of work specified on the
drawings provided by Custom Living.
Owner understands that Custom Living has
only provided a labor and material allowance
for the scope of Rough Carpentry work
specified on the drawings. Any additional work
added or uncovered during this scope will be
filed as a Change Order during construction
Owner understands that the drywall allowance
is based on an estimated board count and
square footage take-off. A final walk through
with a drywall contractor after framing and
mechanical rough-ins will be necessary to
finalize drywall installation and finish budgets.
Final drywall touch-ups will follow countertop
installation.
