Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** Mr. Secretary, I am writing you today to express our concerns for the proposed development of Ambleside Point which would be adjacent and immediately to the north of our property in Saddle Creek. Our primary concern is the extension of Beaument Boulevard and Megan Drive which will allow those in the Proposed new development to drive through our neighborhood to access 141st St. and points to the south. One of the things we appreciate about our neighborhood is how family and kid friendly it is with regards to traffic. The inevitable increase in traffic will put that in jeopardy. Our second concern is the proposed density of building on the parcel of land and the quality of the housing. Having so many homes on that piece of land is going to have a negative impact on the property value of our home and of my neighbors homes. Finally, we wish to express concern about the inconsistency of the communications so far. We have received two different letters from the developers attorney with two different layout maps that are proposed. One extends the pond in Saddle Creek behind our house and removes the tree line which will negatively impact our back yard and back window privacy. The other one does not extend the pond but maintains the current trees and places a row of houses directly to the north of mine. Which one of these is accurate? Moreover, if this is the quality of communication early in the process how will we be able to trust the process to play out as the developer builds homes? The inconsistency gives me concern about what is really being proposed, the immediate and direct impact it will have on our property, and about what will play out in the future. Due to the pandemic and the risks associated with a large in person gathering we would greatly appreciate the opportunity for these upcoming meetings to have an on line viewing/commenting capability via zoom or similar platform. Thank you for taking the time to read this email and consider our concerns as homeowners in the Saddle Creek neighborhood. Tim and Phyllis Todd 2070 Mustang Chase Dr. Carmel 1
