Mr. Joe Shestak,
I am sending this letter to express my opposition regarding the requested variances for the Family Express gas station in
the Village of WestClay, Docket No. PZ-2020-00093-96 V.
While I am typically a strong supporter of free enterprise,I am not supportive of a gas station so close to and actually IN
a residential area such as the Village of West Clay., I am also more concerned with and strongly opposed to the 4
variances Brenwick. The property owner has requested including: build line/location; accessory buildings/pump location;
design guidelines; vehicle stacking/amount of space for cars waiting in line.
It would appear to me that there would be higher traffic areas that would be more supportive of this type of business
rather than in a subdivision and more importantly next door to a retirement community.
Sincerely,
Troy Price
