Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** Hello Sir, I write to express my strong opposition to the proposed Ambleside Planned Unit Development on the northside of Saddle Creek. The proposed new road from Beaumont Blvd as well as the rezoning of the real estate located north of Saddle Creek are deeply concerning. As a family, we made every conscious effort to avoid acquiring a property in or close to a high-density neighborhood. We checked every available database at the time to ensure we did not buy a property in an area that violated our search criteria. The proposed rezoning of the real estate bordering on Saddle Creek would completely violate the main thrust of the qualities that we sought in the property we moved into. We currently enjoy relative peace and quiet all over Saddle Creek and the planned development will introduce unprecedented traffic flows that would completely destabilize the serenity of the neighborhood. Some of the challenges that come with high-density property developments could be mitigated, but one that cannot be addressed is the negative impact high-density property developments have on adjoining properties. The values of properties in Saddle Creek will decrease significantly if the rezoning is approved as proposed. If the rezoning and road development must proceed, we demand that the developers buy our property and all properties that would be impacted by the development and are so offered for sale by current residents within Saddle Creek. We hope the proposed rezoning and road development are not approved. Thank you Osazenaye Osarenkhoe 14343 Chariots Whisper Drive, Carmel, IN 46074 1
