Joe,
I wish to express my opposition to the proposed rezone, high-density, low amenity development named “Ambleside
Point.”
I reside in the nearby Saddle Creek neighborhood and would be adversely impacted by this development.
I am opposed to the following:
1. Against the proposed rezone of S1 (1 unit/acre) to high density development (OVER 4 TIMES)
2. Against the proposed two new street entrances into this new development that would come through my
Saddle Creek neighborhood.
3. Against the increased traffic that would result
from the proposed high density population.
4. Against the replacement of common green space to a proposed road.
5. Against the lack of planned amenities (play areas, sports, tennis, pool, walking trails, open green space)
6. Against the lack of dedicated entrances to Ambleside. Ambleside is NOT an extension of
Saddle Creek.
I am opposed to this proposed development. Have been a resident of Saddle Creek for twenty years and am extremely
concerned that this proposed development will negatively impact the Saddle Creek neighborhood community.
Thank you for your time on this matter,
Sincerely,
Dawn McGrath
Saddle Creek resident
