NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, meeting on the
201h day of July, 2020 at 6:00 o'clock p in at [heir regular meeting place in the Council Chambers, Second
Floor, City Hall, One Civic Square, Cannel, Indiana 46032, will hold a Public Hearing to consider a request
for approval of the "1461h and Moron PUD", Rezone Ordinance Number Z-654-20.
The parcels that are the subject of the rezoning request consist of approximately 1.26 acres, are gener-
ally located at the southwest comer of 1461h Street and Rolling Hill Drive, have a common address of 415
Rolling Hill Drive, Carmel, IN 46032 and include parcels of real estate that are identified by the Hamilton

Anna's take: Bru Burger recently opened
a beautiful new location with a neat patio
in the Keystone area. I took a few friends
and attended its media night opening. The
staff did a tremendous job.
We ordered a few appetizers — the Bru
Board ($13), a beautiful assortment of white
cheddar, habanero jack, bacon -chive cream
cheese, capicola, salami, hot soppressata,
marinated red onion, tomato jam and the
most delicious toasted baguettes. We also

Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Plan Commission meeting on the 215t day of July, 2020 at 6:00
P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, 2nd Flr, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public
Hearing upon a DP/ADLS in order to:
The applicant seeks site plan and design approval for a mixed use building with first floor retail
