Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** Dear Mr. Shestak, I am writing to you due to concerns with the recently announced Ambleside Point PUD. I am not one who stands in the way of progress as long as the progress is well thought-out. The reasons for our concern being we are residenst of the Saddle Creek subdivision adjacent to the planned development. Several areas concern me. The first being the volume of traffic in the Saddle Creek community to access the PUD. The number of homes presented in the plan is extremely dense based upon the land proposed and the number of residents (assume 2 cars per household) would increase the number of vehicles by 530 per day. Most of us when passing through an area to get to our home, the speeds and attention to little ones can be lacking. This would cause unnecessary risks while increasing traffic noise. I think many of the Saddle Creek residents would be in favor of a development at a much reduced density. Please take this into consideration during the upcoming planning meeting on 7/21. Thank you. Sincerely, Joe Garrett 1
