Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** Good Afternoon Mr. Shestak, My name is Haylee Goad and I am a resident of Saddle Creek that lives on Autumn Woods Drive. We purchased this home in 2011 and loved the fact that we were surrounded by fields. Still had that small-town feel, but close enough to all the fun things that Carmel has to offer. Unfortunately, this is quickly changing as a new neighborhood has already been built across the road and now we get news about the Ambleside Point planned unit development. Our concerns include: -Overcrowding with the addition of 265-285 lots. -This community did not have any plans for amenities for their residents which would direct them to Saddle Creeks pool, walking paths, basketball court, playgrounds, tennis courts. Saddle Creek takes much pride in these items and cares for them with money paid by the residents through the HOA. -Connecting this community with Saddle Creek via Megan Drive and Beaument Blvd would add much through traffic through Saddle Creek and make it seem as though this new development were part of Saddle Creek. -With living right across from Megan Drive I can tell you that many children play on Megan Drive and this would be taken away if it were a connecting road to the other community. -Decrease in Saddle Creek resident's property value due to the lower-valued, high volume units which include townhomes. -It would take away from the privacy and established neighborhood feeling that Saddle Creek has. As homeowners within Saddle Creek please know that we are against this and hope that you truly consider the feedback from our community. Please do not allow this development.
