Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** Dear Joe Shestak, I am concerned of the impact of rezoning on Saddle Creek. The rezoning was filed as Docket no PZ- 2020-00069(PUD). The negative impact would be in the following areas: 1. The conversion of the common green space, maintained and used by Saddle Creek, to a road. 2. Volume of traffic from the high density PUD would be a safety hazard. 3. Removal of beautiful trees would eliminate the privacy enjoyed by the residents of Saddle Creek. 4. Building road on the path of the rain water traveling between ponds would lead to flooding. 5. Lack of amenities (such as community pool, tennis court, basket ball court, children's playground) nor green space for the proposed PUD. 6. Significant loss of property values to the proposed neighboring low value, high density community. 7. Proposed Ambleside PUD development is an independent community instead of an extension of our Saddle Creek. It should have its own entrance. 8. High volume traffic would be a safety hazard. 9. The proposed density of Ambleside PUD is inconsistent with the established zoning and style of West Carmel. Your consideration of our concern will be appreciated. Best regards, Jiang (John) Lu 14146 Nicholas Drive Carmel, IN 46074 1
