Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** Mr. Joe Shestak, Hoping this letter finds you well and healthy in somber times of COVID19, it is with of my personal interest to express to you my concern about the proposed Ambleside Point community project contamplating two vehicle access from the Saddle Creek community where we currently live and where we have not intent of moving at least in the next 10 years. Our house is located along Mustang Chase Drive adjacent between two ponds. I have a clear understanding on how Carmel urban development plans to upgrade and upscale suburban residentials, as well as how contractors pursue new business goals and obtain a win-win progress of the urbanization that the market grow demands. That being said, the proposed Ambleside Point masterplan on constructing two main vehicle access from Beument Bldv. and Megan Dr. does not comply with the quality of life that we and most households around Saddle Creek community value and appreciate. Mostly because that connectivity will increase outrageously the traffic of vehicles on drives and roadways that the flow can potentially end up being clogged on the very least issue, but most importantly jeopardize the life of pedestrians, dogsitters and kids riding bikes. Not to exclude the lack of sensitivity for not including community amenities for Ambleside Point denizens that will impact on Saddle Creek's pool, courts and playgrounds that we pay for its maintenance with the HOA. In addition, I hope you are aware of the endangered wildlife species that reside in the woods of that land such like foxes, coyotes and more importantly bald eagles. My intention of writing you this letter is basically to request that you would kindly reconsider and/or question the developer's masterplan for repercussion before the construction work, during and in short term as soon as real estates are sold and dwelled. We as current residents will have to deal with it everyday in years to come, and developers will leave and never come back. I thank you in advanced for taking the time to read this email, I know for a fact that the Carmel City Hall listens to all of our concerns and takes the immediate and correct action to solve our tribulations as citizens.
