Each and every accessory Intended for the purpose of exe�utlon of the work Is understood to be part of the work. 1.6.8 The locatlon of equ�pment and plpe, as shown on the Draw�ngs, �s d�agranMat��c and schenat�� and '�t '�s the respons'�b�l�ty of the Contractor to roake h'�s own fabr�cat��on nnd Installatlon drawings nnd layouts to ellminnte nll structural and other physl�al Interferences wlthout detrinent to the structural, mechanl�al and archlte�tural components of the bullding. The Contractor nust argan�ze the phys�cal arrangenent of the systeros of roater�al '�n the conf�nes of the space In order for thero to functlon ond perforro In nccordnn�e wlth the Intent of the deslgn. The Contractor is not responslble for the deslgn performance; he '�s respons�ble for the development of �nstallat�on and fabr'�cat��on draw'�ngs for the '�nstallat'�on of h�s equ�pnent and nater'�al w�th�n the nVailable SpnCeS. 1.6.9 The Contractor shall carefully ver;fy all neasurements at the s'�te, deterM�ne the exact locat�on of all chases, open�ngs, plenums and ce'�l'�ng �avltles requlred by hls work and shall furnlsh and set all sleeves,lnserts and hangers as requlred for the work hereln� The Contra�tor shall verify a�tual job dlmenslons before fabricatlon of any nater�als, purchas'�ng or '�nstallat'�on of equ�pnent, 1.7 Space Condltlons:It shnll be the Contra�tor's responslblllty to verlfy that all nppnratus, gear, flxtures, condW t, et�, shall flt Into that avallable spa�es In the bullding and nust be Introduced Into the bullding at such t�roes and �n such nanner as not to �ause danage to the structure. 1.7,1 Where rolnor devintlons froro plans nre requlred In order to �onform to space llroltatlons, such changes shall be made by the Contractor at no addltlonal �ost to the Owner and shall be subje�t to the approval of the Arch'�tect and/or Eng�neer. 1.7,2 All equlproent norroally requlring servlce shnll be easily a�cesslble. 1.8 Coord�natlon and Confllcts� The Contractor shall coord�nate h�s wark so that '�t does not '�nterfere w'�th the work of other trndes, It shnll be the Contrnctor's responsiblllty to see that hls work Is installed In a tlmely manner. 1.8,1 In the event that there '�s a dlscrepancy or confl��t In the plans or Spec'�f'�cat'�ons it shall be the Contractor's responslblllty to notlfy the Ar�hlte�t nnd/or Englneer of thls confllct or dlscrepnncy prlor to hls n�ceptnnce of the proje�t. All equlpment shall be covered for the duration of the Manufacturer's guarantee or warranty and the Contractor shall furnlsh the Owner wlth all Manufacturer's guarantee warrant�es. 1,9.1 Guarontee oll work, mnterinls nnd equlproent for n period of one ( ll yenr froro dnte of a�wptance by the Owner's Englneer� The Guarantee shall include full servlce adjustnents, repalrs and replacement parts at no expense to Owner, and to the canplete sat��sfact��on of the Owner's Eng�neer. 1�9.2 The Contractor shall furnlsh a letter addressed to the owner outllning the year's guarantees and advlsing that the �ompleted rystems have been �nstalled In accordance wlth Plans and SpeU ficatlons and that they are '�n proper operat�ng cond'�t'�on, 1�10 Inspect�on Authorlty Cert'�f�cate of Approval shall be furnished the Owner's Englneer before flnal a��eptan�e will be given� L 10,1 Prov'�de any '�nspect'�ons and cert�f�cates requ'�red by local �urlsdl�tlonal authorltles to obtaln a�ceptance of the speU fled equlproent and the installatlon. 1.11 Subro�ttals� Contractor agrees that Shop Draw'�ng Subro�ttals processed by the Eng�neer are not Change Orders� thnt the purpose of Shop Draw�ng Subro�ttals by the Contra�tor Is to deroonstrate to the Englneer that the Contractor understands the deslgn concept, that he demanstrates hls understanding by �nd��ating whlch equlproent and roater�als he '�ntends to furn�sh and Install and by deta'�l�ng the fabr�cat'�on and �nstallat�on roethods he Intends to use� 1�11�1 The Contractor further agrees that If devlatlons, dls�repanU es or canfllcts between Shop Drawings and Spe��f��cat�on are d�scovered e'�ther pr'�or to or after Shop Drnwing Subrolttals nre processed by the Englneer, the design Drawings and Speciflcatlons shnll �ontrol nnd shnll be followed� 1�11�2 Where shop drawings nre revlewed, snld revlew does not In any way relleve the Contra�tor from the responsib�lity nor the necessity of furnishing mater�al or perforn�ng wark requlred by the Contract Draw�ngs and Spec'�f�cat'�ons. 1�11�3 Subroittal revlew Is consldered as general a�ceptance of the basl� appllcablllty of the equiproent� Contra�tor Is responslble for the Installatlon of any subst�tuted equ'�proent w'�th'�n a g'�ven space. When the Contra�tor des'�res to use subst'�tuted equ�proent, he shall be responslble for produU ng hls own �oordlnated working drawings whlch depl�t the substltuted equlpment acconmodated �n the space� Where the substituted equlpment creates the need Por alteratlons �n any port�on of the work deplcted '�n the contract do�unents, �t shall be the Contractor's respons�b'�l'�ty to not'�fy all of the nffected partles nnd �oordlnate these Iteros with all other trades. Further, It shall be the Contractor's responslb�llty to assume any addltlonal cost to the Contract created by the substltuted equ'�proent. 1�11�3.1.
