GEOTECHNICAL REPORT AND PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS, INCLUDING
PREPARATION, PLACEMENT AND COMPACTION, AND SURCHARGING

2.CRUSH DRAIN TILES UNDER PLAY MOUND AREA USING A FULLY
LOADED TRI-AXLE DUMP TRUCK OR WEIGHT EQUIVALENT VEHICLE
PER GEOTECHNICAL REPORT RECOMMENDATIONS.
3.OWNER WILL PROVIDE GEOTECHNICAL AND SURVEY SERVICES FOR
MONITORING OF THE SURCHARGE PILE AREA. DO NOT BEGIN
CONSTRUCTION OF PAVEMENTS, WALLS, FOUNDATIONS OR UTILITIES
UNTIL OWNER'S GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER HAS CERTIFIED THAT THE
SURCHARGE PILE AREA IS READY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
PAVEMENTS, WALLS, FOUNDATIONS AND UTILITIES TO BEGIN.
