Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** Mr. Shestak, I am writing to voice my concerns over the development of the Ambleside Point. As a homeowner adjacent to this property, the following worry me:  Density of the houses adjacent to my lot is not in proportion to the other houses around the area. This would negatively impact my property value.  The increased traffic from the proposed connection through Saddle Creek. A traffic study was done, but it was done during the COVID-19 pandemic when the majority of people were staying home.  The drainage / run off is already a concern as the field routinely has standing water after it rains.  New roads / connections to Saddle Creek would reduce the green space in the community.  No amenities (pool, playground, tennis courts, etc) are proposed for the higher density development, making it likely they will want to use / share the ones Saddle Creek provides.
