Mr. Shestak,
I am writing to voice my concerns over the development of the Ambleside Point. As a homeowner adjacent to this
property, the following worry me:
Density of the houses adjacent to my lot is not in proportion to the other houses around the area. This would
negatively impact my property value.
The increased traffic from the proposed connection through Saddle Creek. A traffic study was done, but it was
done during the COVID-19 pandemic when the majority of people were staying home.
The drainage / run off is already a concern as the field routinely has standing water after it rains.
New roads / connections to Saddle Creek would reduce the green space in the community.
No amenities (pool, playground, tennis courts, etc) are proposed for the higher density development, making it
likely they will want to use / share the ones Saddle Creek provides.
Please consider requiring adjustments to these concerns or others the Saddles Creek communities have raised before
allowing this development.
