COMMENCING WORK. 7HE CON7F2ACTOR SHALL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL
DAMAGES THAT MIGHT OCCUR BECAUSE OF 7HE CON7RACTOR�S FAILURE TO ACCURAlELY
DISCOVER, LOCATE, AND PROTECT ANY AND ALL PORTION OF THE EXISTING MEP SYSTEM.

STANDARDS. RECOVERED REFRIGERANT MUST BE CHEMICALLY ANALYZED AND REPROCESSED OR
DISPOSED OF PER E.P.A. REQUIREMENTS, SECTION 608 OF 7HE CLEAN AIR ACT AND A.R.I.
