We have a number of concerns, mostly echoing our Saddle Creek neighbors. 1. The Ambleside proposed homes will have a negative impact on our property values due to the square footage and the price point of the homes. 2. The volume of planned homes exceeds the initial 265 lots on the 56.5 acres, which increases the volume of traffic with the additional homes. This will be a safety hazard for residents and adults in the Saddle Creek community. 3. The increased volume from the Ambleside residents utilizing the amenities (swimming pool, tennis, and basketball courts) in the Saddle Creek community will cause additional wear and tear on the amenities as well as overcrowding. 4. The elevation of the homes should be consistent with the zoning and planning of the Carmel community. This includes no commercial development or a parking garage added on the 56.5 acres or the adjoining acres. 5. The Ambleside community should be an independent community and not an extension of our Saddle Creek community. We are hopeful the City of Carmel will do what is in the best interest of the residents in the Saddle Creek community and not exclusively meeting the needs of a local developer. Thank you, Bryan and Marsha Baker 14445 Chariots Whisper Dr Carmel, IN 46074 Saddle Creek Residents 1
