Dear Joe,
I am writing as a concerned resident of Saddle Creek. My home sits in the middle of the homes on the East side of
this property. Essentially, one of the handful of lots closest and most exposed to this development.
We have lived here for 13 years raising our three daughters in this amazing city and community. We invested in a pool 7
years ago and have loved every minute of it! We never dreamed that we would have 13 years without development of
this property. We knew that development was inevitable and feel blessed to have had the view and peace and quiet for
so long. Additionally we are grateful to Steve Pittman and the proactive approach he is taking to get the residents
involved.
Having said that, I do believe that the density is way too high for this property. In addition to the potential 4 + homes
that would have direct view into my backyard there are many other concerns. We have to also deal with the additional
traffic that I believe will greatly impact our neighborhood much more than will effect 146th St.
My final concern is the lack of green space and amenities that will over flow to our private trails and playgrounds.
Please consider requiring this request for rezone to greatly reduce the number of homes planned and increase green
space and amenities.
Thank you for your time.
