I am concerned about loosing green space. Especially at the end of Beaumont drive. We enjoy having the green space to use and keep distance between houses. We also enjoy the walking trails. If we loose some of this space and trails it will take away from our subdivision. I am concerned about construction traffic within the neighborhood especially on Megan Drive. The construction traffic will tear up our roads that could already use some repair. I am concerned about the pond north of mustang chase drive. It already gets really full of water and if more water will run into this pond I am concerned it will overflow into our yard. If this pond is enlarged and some of the trees are removed then new trees should be planted. Please consider we have seen several bald eagles flying around the pond north of mustang chase drive. This eagle habitat should be taking into consideration and maintained. I prefer to see more walking trails including within our subdivision and the new subdivision.
