Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** Dear Joe, Our family lives in Saddle Creek, and we are against the development going in the farm field off Megan Drive. My concerns are additional traffic in our neighborhood, loss of green space, over crowding, and the impact to our schools. We live on Autumn Woods Drive just south of Megan Drive. The cars going to work and school in the morning and evening are already enough without adding 200+ houses. In addition to that, we chose our house because we have a nice yard with a pond in the front and back with minimal neighbors. Putting all of those homes in such a small space will be an eye sore and eliminate some of our green space and over crowd the already busy Autumn Woods Drive. My other concern is the impact on our schools. With over 200 houses, that will be a dramatic increase in kids. Our schools on this side of town are already pushing capacity. Anytime a new subdivision is added, it should fit in the surrounding area. When Westmont was developed and joined Saddle Creek, it was not an issue. That subdivision is similar to Saddle Creek. This proposed addition sounds like West Clay or Harmony, a large amount of people in a small space. That is not in line with how Saddle Creek is laid out. Saddle Creek is less people in more space with green space, trails, and ponds. We are against the proposed development and encourage a development like Westmont. Sincerely, Rick Lemberg 317-508-3058 1
