FOR INSTALLATION OF RECESSED POWER/DATA/PHONE
AT FLOOR AS SHOWN ON POWER PLAN (SEE A103).
2. WALLS: REMOVE EXISTING WALL FIXTURES AND EXISTING
FINISHES AT SALES FLOOR AREA AND PREP FOR
INSTALLATION OF NEW CONSTRUCTION AND FINISHES AS
INDICATED ON CONSTRUCTION PLAN (SEE A100j. PREP
BOH AND TOILET ROOM WALLS FOR NEW PAINT FINISH.
3. CEILING: REMOVE EXISTING PENDANT LIGHT FIXTURES AT
SALES FLOOR AREA AS SHOWN. EXISTING CEILING AND
SOFFITS AT SALES FLOOR AREA TO REMAIN; PREP FOR
NEW FINISHES AS INDICATED ON RCP (SEE A200).
EXISTING BOH AND TOILET ROOM CEILINGS TO REMAIN.
4. STOREFRONT: PREP FOR AREAS OF NEW STOREFRONT
FINISHES AS INDICATED ON STOREFRONT DRAWINGS
(SEE A300).
5. SERVICES: EXISTING FIXTURES AT TOILET ROOM TO
REMAIN. RELOCATE SPRINKLERS/FIRE ALARM AS
NECESSARY TO CONFORM TO RCP (SEE A200).
REMOVE/RELOCATE/ADD ELECTRICAL OUTLETS TO
CONFORM TO POWER PLANS (SEE A103 AND A201).
WHERE ANY SERVICE IS REMOVED, REMOVE TO POINT OF
ORIGIN.
6. ANY SALVAGED OR REUSED ITEMS TO BE PATCHED AND
REFURBISHED TO "LIKE NEW" CONDITION.
