Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** To the Carmel Zoning Board (who keeps our city one of the best places to live in America), Please do not allow a gas station or car wash to be built at the intersection mentioned, in The Village of West Clay. This is NOT the right location for have such a store. A gas station is not needed-- there are plenty just a few miles out in different directions. The Village of West Clay is a beautiful and quite unique neighborhood, in an already exceptional city, and it would be blemished to have a car wash sitting just outside its main entrances, and directly next door to a serene retirement community. Gas stations and convenience stores are indeed wonderful assets for a community, and I love all the services these stores can offer (especially donuts)... but PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW A GAS STATION to be build at this particular site. With great sincerity, Emily Large 1
