Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** To the City of Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals: I am writing to let you know that I strongly oppose the four variances that Brenwick Development is requesting for the location at st 131 and Towne Road. These variances suggest that the site is too small to accommodate the planned development, and the layout is inconsistent with what is permitted by the Village of West Clay Commercial Building Guidelines. Additionally by allowing the proposed “stacking” of vehicles this can adversely affect traffic flow, and create public health and safety issues. I sincerely hope that the board consider the interests of the elderly Carmel residents that will be living directly across from this site and the surrounding neighbors in deciding whether to approve these variances.
