Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T July 28, 2020 Jon Dobosiewicz Nelson & Frankenberger, LLC 550 Congressional Blvd. #210 Carmel, IN 46032 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2020-00107 V: Napleton Kia Variance Dear Mr. Dobosiewicz: At the meeting held on Monday, July 27, 2020 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 9675 Randall Drive: APPROVED: Docket No. PZ-2020-00107 V, Development Standards Variance approval for: Floodplain compensatory storage required on site, Off site storage granted at King of Glory church site at 2201 E. 106th Street. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is July 27, 2023. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
