Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** Mr. Shestak, As a resident of the VoWC, I want to express my opposition to any variances are being requested for the Family Express gas station that has been planned. My opposition is primarily because I don’t think there should be a gas station there at all. The plot of land is directly adjacent to senior housing and the noise and light pollution, as well as the fumes from the gas, will be quite disruptive to the seniors living there as well as to nearby homes. There are plenty of gas stations nearby and we don’t need 12 pumps in our residential area. The CVS nearby offers convenience items so a convenience store really isn’t needed either. I hope that you will decline any requested variances to encourage the developer to move on from the idea of a gas station and consider something more appropriate for this parcel of land. Thank you, Kim Kranz 2926 Gadsen Cir N Carmel, IN 46032 1
