Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** Hi Joe, I am a concerned and frankly unhappy neighbor. I live in the Saddle Creek neighborhood which will directly connect to the proposed Ambleside development and feel that our concerns are not being addressed. The density being proposed is far outside the surrounding carmel neighborhoods, would over-burden OUR roads, OUR ponds, and OUR parks which are being maintained by OUR HOA dollars. Ambleside should provide its own drainage system and its own recreation areas that are fitting to its own population, not the tiny dog park and tiny swingset currently being proposed. The Carmel Clay Schools are already overcrowded, we do not need to add another 260 families in this small area. I strongly oppose the townhomes, no matter how nice they will look and how pricey they will be. Please consider stopping the rezoning of this land. Let's keep west Carmel spacious and well-maintained, and its residents happy. Jessica Poliskie 1
