Sequence of Operations
RTU-1
Occupied mode:Fans shall run continuously. Heating and cooling via internal controls when call from thermostat.
See plans for locations of thermostats.
When in cooling, the unit shall supply air at 55 F[ADJ] until the T-stat in space is satisfed. After that use hot gas
re-heat to supply air at 70 F[ADJ].
When in heating, use modulating fumace to maintain set temperature in space.
Unoccupied mode: RTUs shall operate when there is a call for heating or cooling from the thermostat.
