Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** Jay: I want to voice my strong concern that his dense development both severely disturbs important wildlife in the area like bald eagles and provides only a short term gain with value loss to existing neighboring homes. Did you do an environmental study? Where are the eagles and other wildlife to go? We have already seen a decrease in sightings of woodpeckers hawks and eagles to name only a few with the construction on 146th! A subdivision that dense is only going to serve to cause congestion to move farther north much like Carmel sees backups on springmill. This along with the lower price point and concomitant lack of aesthetics and green space will drive the prices of nearby homes down right when Americans including Carmelites are seeing job losses and a lack of additional aid We have beautiful subdivisions on the Northwest side -don’t destroy the animals and our home values. Just say no - reduce the number of homes and address immediate questions. Margaret Tomaska Overbrook Sent from my iPhone 1
