Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** I am a Saddle Creek resident. I do not opppose the Ambleside development, but changes need to be made to protect Saddle Creek residents and maintain density standards. 1. Do not extend Saddle Creek pond and leave existing tree line. Ambleside should create their own retention pond. 2. There should be a southeast side buffer. Put Ambleside pond there or match the lot widths on east side with generous tree space buffer. 3. Ambleside should create generous greenspace and have all their own amenities and do so by reducing the density of the overall development to open up land for that purpose. 4. Medians should be placed at entrances to slow traffic along with stop signs and pedestrian raised walkways that would also help to slow traffic. 5. There should be entrance buffers and green spaces at adjoining Saddle Creek and Ambleside entrances or preferably, Ambleside should have it’s own entrances separate from Saddle Creek. Again, I do not oppose this development, but density needs to be reduced along with the above items I mentioned to make it compatible with and show respect for residents of Saddle Creek.
