The site is located at 145 Elm Street, Suite 150, within the Midtown North parking garage. It is zoned PUD, part of the Midtown PUD (Z-599-15). It is not located within any Overlay Zone. APPROVED: Penn & Beech Patio: Docket No. PZ-2020-00117 ADLS Amend In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
