UTILITY SERVICES AS REpUIRED TOGETHER WITH DETAILS FOR DUST AND NOISE CONTROL. PROVIDE DETAILED
SEQUENCE OF DEMOLITION, FLOOR BV FLOOR, AND REMOVAL WORK TO ENSURE UNINTERRUPTED PROGRESS OF
OW NER'S ON-SITE OPERATIONS, AND BUILDING OPERATIONS.

PROTECT AGAINST DAMAGE DURING DEMOLITION OPERATIONS. PROVIDE TEMPORARV LIGHT AND POW ER AS
REQUIRED. SEE DRAWINGS FOR EXISTING STANDPIPE LOCATIONS.
REMOVAL OF ANV EQUIPMENT, CABLING SW ITCHES, AND CONDUIT PERTAINING TO DATNCOMMUNICATIONS AND
TELEPHONE SHALL BE VERIFIED WITH TELEPHONE COMPANIES SERVICE OWNER OR TENANT
DATA/COMMUNICATIONS REPRESENTATIVE AS REQUIRED TO PREVENT NEW CONSTRUCTION DELAVS. REMOVE TO
SOURCE ALL PIPES, VENTS, APPLIANCES, OR DRAINS NOT BE REUSED.
10. ENVIRONMENTALCONTROLS
USE TEMPORARV ENCLOSURES AND OTHER SUITABLE METHODS TO ISOLATE DUST AND DIRT RISING AND
SCATTERING. COMPLV W ITH BUILDING MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS AND GOVERNING REGULATIONS PERTAINING
TO ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
11. INSPECTION
PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF SELECTNE DEMOLITION WORK, INSPECT AREAS IN WHICH WORK WILL BE
PERFORMED IF NECESSARV. PHOTOGRAPH EXISTING CONDITIONS TO STRUCTURE SURFACE$ EQUIPMENT, OR TO
SURROUNDING PROPERTIES WHICH COULD BE MISCONSTRUCTED AS DAMAGE RESULTING FROM DEMOLITION

12 PREPARATION
CONTRACTOR IS SOLELV RESPONSIBLE PoR ANV INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SHORING, BR4CING, OR SUPPORT TO
PREVENT MOVEMENT, SETTLEMENT, OR COLLAPSE OF STRUCTURES TO BE DEMOLISHED AND ADJACENT
FACILRIES TO REMAIN. W ORK SHALL BE DONE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A LICENSED STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
PROVIDED BE THE CONTRACTOR AT THE PROJECT SITE.
CONTRACTOR SHALL CEASE OPERATIONS AT HIS/HER DISCRETION AND NOTIFY OW NER AND BUILDING

AT COMPLETION OF DEMOLITION WORK, THE CONSTRUCTION AREAS SHALL BE LEFT IN BROOMED AND CLEAN
CONDITION. CARPETE� AREAS TO BE LEFT IN A VACUUM 0.EAN CONDITION. VINVL FLOORING SHALL BE DAMP
MOPPED AT THE END OF EACH W ORKDAV. ALL DEBRIS AND MISCELLANEOUS MATERIAL SHALL BE REMOVED AT
THE END OF FACH WORK DAV.
15. FREIGHT ELEVATOR
DEBRIS REMOVAL MUST BE PERFORMED USING THE FREIGHT ELEVATOR. CONTACT THE BUILDING MANAGEMENT
OFFlCE TO OBTAW SCHEDULE PoR THE USE OF THE FREIGHT ELEVATOR PRIOR TO SUBMITTMG BID. ALL DEBRIS
REMOVAL SHALL BE PERFORME� IN ACCORDANCE W ITH BUILDING MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS AND
PROCEDURES.
16. EXISTING ELECTRICAL
