CONTACT OF THE SALIENT AREAS &/OR WORR THE NUMBER AND LOCATIONS OF PHOTOS TO
BE PRE-0ETERMINED BV THE IA PROJECT
CONTACT.
THE ARCHITECT SHOULD NOTE THAT THE CONTRACTOR WILL PATCH AND REFINISH ANY
AND ALL AREAS OF CEILINGS AND WALLS THAT ARE AFFECTED BY THIS WORK IN PUBLIC
SPACES.
THEY WILL PROTECT EXISTING WALL PANELS AND FINISHES AND WILL REPLACE/RE-FINISH
ANY WOOD PANELS THAT GET DAMAGED AT THE ELEVATOR LOBBY.
THEY WILL NOTE THE GC SHALL PROVIDE AND USE A PORTAJOHN LOCATION ON THE
PROPERTY-COORDINATED WITH BUILDING MANAGEMENT.
THEY NEED TO PROVIDE A LIST OF AND CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FOR ALL
VENDORS/CONTRACTORS WORKING W ITHIN THE SPACE PRIOR TO WORK COMMENCING.
COIS SHOULD FOLLOW THE BUILDING'S REQUIREMENTS.
EXISTING PERIMETER UNITS SHALL BE PROTECTED THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION AND
NO CONTRACTOR SHALL, SIT, STAND, OR PLACE CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS ON THEM.
EXISTING BASE BUILDING HVAC UNITS SHALL BE PROTECTED THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION
AND FILTERS REPLACED PRIOR TO SPACE TURN OVER BY CONTRACTOR. COORDINATE WITH
BUILDING ENGINEER TO MANAGE BMS/HOUSE SYSTEMS CONNECTIONS DURING DEMO.
IN PARTICULAR, THE SUPPLEMENTAL AC SYSTEMS SHALL BE BROUGHT OFF LINE PRIOR TO
DEMO.
ALL NOISY DEMOLITION WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED OUTSIDE OF REGULAR BUSINESS
HOURS.
ANV REQUIRED SHUT OFF OF BUILDING ELECTRIC OR PERIMETER WATER LOOP, OR
