Custom Living can provide a HEPA Air Scrubber to aid in airborne dust control from the start of demolition up to priming of new drywall depending on site conditions, Homeowner understands that this will help to reduce airborne dust; however, it will still not mitigate it in its entirety. Demolition Contractor(s) are responsible for all labor, for the scope of work specified in the drawings provided by Custom Living. Homeowner understands that Custom Living has only provided a labor and material allowance for the scope of Demolition denoted on the drawings, Any additional scope added or uncovered during demolition will be a Change Order during construction.
