You may have already noticed, but I felt it was important to reach out about the City is proposal to rezone the old Walgreens parcel to C2, to facilitate a mixed-use project there in the future. We sent notice to the Shoshone Place ownership address but the mailing came back as undeliverable. Attached is the PC memo as brief explanation and a copy of the Notice (that came back to us).
