2. CLEAN EXISTING EXTERIOR WINDOW BLINDS. REPAIR DAMAGED BLINDS WITH NEW
TO MATCH BUILDING STANDARD.
3. PROVIDE BRACING AND FIRE-TREATED BLOCKING AS REQUIRED IN WALLS
SUPPORTING CASEWORK, TACKBOARDS/MARKERBOARDS, RESTROOM
ACCESSORIES, EQUIPMENT, OR ANY OTHER MISC. ITEM REQUIRING ADDITIONAL
SUPPORT.
4. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS: CONTRACTOR TO ENSURE ALL NEW AND EXISTING FIRE
EXTINGUISHERS ARE INSTALLED ACCORDING TO NFPA 10. COORDINATE WITH
OWNER/LANDLORD ON EXTINGUISHER TYPE AND HOUSING. MAXIMUM TRAVEL
DISTANCE OF 75 FEET FROM ANY POINT TO A VISIBLE EXTINGUISHER.
5. WHERE PLAN INDICATES EXPOSED DECK AT EXTERIOR WALLS, CONTRACTOR TO
INCLUDE PROVIDING, INSTALLING, AND FINISHING THE DRYWALL ABOVE THE
WINDOW HEADER AT THE EXTERIOR PERIMETER WALLS AS REQUIRED.
6. PROVIDE PLYWOOD BLOCKING BEFORE DRYWALL INSTALLATION IN ALL OFFICES
FOR 4' X 6' WALL MOUNTED GLASS BOARDS. GLASS BOARDS TO BE INSTALLED AT
60" A.F.F. TO CENTER UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. CONFIRM LOCATIONS AND
INSTALL HEIGHT WITH TENANT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
7. ALL APPLIANCES TO BE PROVIDED BY TENANT. APPLIANCES FOR BASIS OF DESIGN
ONLY, TENANT TO CONFIRM AND COORDINATE FINAL APPLIANCE SELECTIONS.
