L the undersigned, a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Indians, certify that this survey was prepared under my supervision and, to the best of my knowledge and belief; was
executed according to survey requirements in 865 IAC 1-12 for a rctraccment survey.

Property Description: Lot 216 in Village of Mount Carmel, Eighth Section, an Addition in Hamilton County, Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, pages 26-29 in the Office
of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana.

(A) Availability and condition of referenced monuments.
(B) Occupation or possession lines
(C) Clarity or ambiguity of the record description used and of adjoinces descriptions, and the relationship of the lines of the subject tract with adjoiner's lines.
(D) The Relative positional accuracy of the measurements.
(A) Reference Monuments:
Monuments set by the original surveyor of the subdivision are controlling monnients in the retraeement of lot lines. In the absence of such original monuments, the evidence of the
location of original lot lines may be identified by other substantiated manumenffifirm or improvements (such as st eets and alley ways) which appear to have been placed and/or
constructed with the benefit of such original montmmeatation are used as best evidence of original lot lines. This survey based on existing iron pins recovered as shown. In this surveyor's
opinion, the maximum uncertainty of the Imes and corners of the surveyed parcels due to reference monuments is f0.30 feet.
(B) Possession Lines:
1.) Board fence lies 5.3 feet to 5.5 feet West of the West lot line as shown
2.) Concrete drive lies 0.5 feet South of the North lot line as shown.

(C) Record Descriptions:
