I, the undersigned Registered Land Surveyor hereby certify that the included plat correctly represents a subdivision of a part of the
Northwest Quarter Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 4 East, Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Limited Common Area(L.C.A.) #11 of The Grove At The Legacy Section Three A ,
recorded as Instrument Number: 2020004967, Plat Cabinet 5, Slide 1105, said point being on the West line of The Grove At The
Legacy, Section Two, recorded as Instrument Number 2018030350, Plat Cabinet 5, Slide 852 in the Office of the Hamilton
County Recorder; thence along the lines of said Grove at The Legacy, Section Two the following 6 courses and distances: 1.)
South 0 degrees 0 minutes 0 seconds East a distance of 50.00 feet; 2.) North 90 degrees 0 minutes 0 seconds East a distance of
22.79 feet to a point on a curve concave southwesterly, the radius point of which bears South 0 degrees 0 minutes 0 seconds
East a distance of 20.00 feet from said point; 3.) thence southeasterly along said curve an arc length of 33.80 feet to a point on
said curve, said point being South 83 degrees 10 minutes 28 seconds East a distance of 20.00 feet from the radius point of said

point on a curve concave southeasterly, the radius point of which bears North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance
of 20.00 feet from said point; thence northeasterly along said curve an arc length of 31.42 feet to a point on said curve, said point
being North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 20.00 feet from the radius point of said curve; thence North 00
degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 50.00 feet to the South line of the aforementioned, Grove At Legacy, Section
Three A ; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, along said South line, a distance of 692.75 feet to the Point of
Beginning, Containing 5.103 acres, more or less.
This subdivision consists of 36 lots numbered 60A-68B, & 176A-184B (all inclusive), 3 Limited Common Areas labeled L.C.A.#9,
L.C.A.#10, & L.C.A.#11, and 1 Block labeled Block "E". The size of lots and width of streets are shown in feet and decimal parts
thereof.
Cross-Reference is hereby made to a survey dated July 6, 2005 prepared by the Schneider Corporation, recorded as Instrument
Number 2005-56989 in the Office of the Recorder for Hamilton County, Indiana.
I further certify that I am a Registered Land Surveyor, licensed in compliance with the laws of the State of Indiana and that the within
plat represents a subdivision of the lands surveyed within the cross referenced survey plat, and that to the best of my knowledge and
belief there has been no change from the matters of survey revealed by the cross-reference survey on any lines that are common with
the new subdivision.
