FOR INSTALLATION OF STORM MAINS, WATER MAINS,
SANITARY MAINS, WATER SERVICE LATERALS, SANITARY
SERVICE LATERALS UNDER CITY STREETS, REGARDLESS OF THE
JURISDICTION OF THE UTILITY, THE MINIMUM COVER FROM THE
TOP OF THE INSTALLED PAVEMENT TO THE TOP OF THE
INSTALLED PIPE SHALL BE THE PAVEMENT SECTION THICKNESS
(ALL BITUMINOUS AND AGGREGATE MATERIAL ABOVE THE
SUBGRADE) PLUS 1-0", BUT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL
THE COVER ALONG ANY PART OF THE PIPE FROM THE FINAL

THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT. THE CONTRACTOR IS
ENCOURAGED TO INSPECT THE RIGHT-OF-WAY WITH THE CITY
