It is with pleasure I write this letter of approval for Mr. Joe Evans to erect a 6ft. privacy fence on his property. Joe is, and has been, a good neighbor for many years. He has greatly improved the exterior appearance of his home as well as improved the appearance of the yard and trees on the property to improve the value of the corner of 106th and McPherson Street. I know he will provide the proper upkeep of the fence for the community. Again, I whole heartedly support Joe being able to erect the 6ft. privacy fence. Gerald L. Harvey 10560 McPherson Street Carmel, IN 46280 317-989-9185 August 11, 2020 To Whom It May Concern, I'm writing as the current resident of 10540 McPherson Street in Carmel on behalf of my neighbor Joe Evans. Mr. Evans lives in a property less than 100 yards from mine at the corner of 106th Street and McPherson Street. Mr. Evans recently informed me he is seeking a variance from the city of Carmel to build a fence on his property and asked me to write this letter in support of his efforts. Having lived in proximity to Joe's property for approximately five years, I can wholeheartedly endorse his plan to build a fence. In the time I have known him, Mr. Evans has not only maintained his property impeccably, he has also improved his property on many occasions. I feel his plan to build a fence would just be another example of Mr. Evans efforts to improve his property and indirectly, the neighborhood as a whole. I'm more than happy to discuss my support of Mr. Evans and his plan to anyone in Carmel city government. Please feel free to contact me at 317-696-0948 or at rdonaldson(a)-cbs4indy.com.
