Please consider approval of the following changes to our lot: - Install a 5’ tall black steel fence with concrete footings around the perimeter of the backyard, starting from the back corners of the house. - Install a 35’x16’ fiberglass swimming pool and paver patio - Install a cedar pergola - Remove dead and dying trees and upgrade/install landscaping beds - Remove and replace existing paver walkway in backyard The following companies will perform the work: - Fence: Hittle Construction (317) 896-9073 – Justin Rusher - Pool: Pools of Fun (317) 474-9734 – Bruce MacLean - Landscaping: Property Pros (317) 778-4626 – Jeff Mull Construction on the fence would begin as early as late August.
