At the meeting held on Monday, August 26, 2019 the Cannel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Devefopment Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 1516 Noniston
Drive:
APPROVED: Docket No.1907001A V, Development Standards Variance approvals for maximum 24' x 30'
detached garage allowed, 28' x 30' residentlal garage granYed.
Please be advised that per Article 9,15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforeinentioned Development
Standards Variance approvals are valid fot ttu�ee (3) yeaxs. By that time, eithet continuous consYruction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must
have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of tbe approval is August 26,
2022.
