Your Request for Architectural Change has been approved. Specifically, you have
approval to proceed with the following:
Architectural Request - In-Ground Pool
We reserve the right to make a final inspection of the change to make sure it matches the
Request you submitted for Approval. Please follow the plan you submitted or submit an
additional Request form if you cannot follow the original plan.
To preserve the architectural and aesthetic appearance of the Community, no
construction of improvements of any nature shall be commenced without approval
from the Architectural Standards Committee.
Should the City of Carmel, Indiana or the Hamilton County, Indiana Drainage Board or their
designees at any time perform any repair, construction, or maintainance of the storm water
drain in the Drainage Easement, the City of Carmel or Hamilton County, Indiana Drainage
Board may remove any item in the drainage easement, including, but not limited to, any
fences in the drainage easement without notice or any liability and with no obligation to
replace or reinstall any removed item, including, but not limited to any fence.

It is each Homeowner's responsibility to check with their local municipality for possible
requirements of building permits or other governmental approval. It is also each
homeowners responsibility to ensure that utilities are marked by calling 811 before digging
for any project.
