Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 18 North, Range 3 East of
the Second Principal Meridian, Hamilton County, Indiana, being the some as the land
described in Instrument Number 2018018911 on file in the Office of the Recorder of
Hamilton County, more particularly described as follows
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter, thence North 88
degrees 48 minutes 43 seconds East (assumed bearing) 132827 feet along the south
line of said Northwest Quarter to the southwest corner of the East Half of said

and replacement of sanitary sewer lines and related facilities to provide sanitary
sewer, service to all or any portion of the Real Estate
Utility easements ("U E ") are hereby granted and created in, over and under those
portions of the Real Estate designated on the Final Secondary Plat as Utility
Easements and shall be for the purposes of construction, use, maintenance, repair
and replacement of utility lines and related facilities to provide gas, electricity, water
and other utilities to all or any portion of the Real Estate
Landscape Easements ("L E ") are hereby granted and created in those portions of
the Real Estate designated on the Final Secondary Plat as Landscape Easements
and shall be for the purposes of the installation, maintenance, repair and
replacement of signage, landscaping and related facilities
Portions of the Real Estate may be used for one or more types of easements to
the extent designated on the Final Secondary Plat
