Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T September 29, 2020 Lee Phillips Drees Homes 900 E. 96th Street, Suite 100 Indianapolis, IN 46240 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ -2020-000126 V: Albany Place Porch Depth Variances, Part 2 Dear Mr. Phillips: At the meeting held on Monday, September 28, 2020 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for Lots 2, 8, 9, 25, 26, 27, 32, 34, 38, 39, 44, 46, and 50 in Albany Place Subdivision, located generally in the northeast quadrant of 141st Street and Shelborne Road: APPROVED: Docket No. PZ-2020-000126 V, Development Standards Variance approval for: Minimum 6’ deep porches required, 4’ granted for the existing homes. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is September 28, 2023. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
