RE: Docket No. 20010009 ADLS Amend: Brookshire Plaza – Façade and Site Improvements
Dear Mr. Benge:
The Carmel Plan Commission Commercial Committee took the following action at its special virtual meeting on April 7,
2020 regarding site plan and design approval for the renovation of the existing buildings on site. There is 73,686 sq. ft. of
existing retail space, at 1 story high – 24’ tall. The site is 7.26 acres in size and is located at 4726 East 126th Street. It is
zoned B-3 and is not located within any overlay zone.
APPROVED: Docket No. 20010009 ADLS Amend: Brookshire Plaza – Façade and Site Improvements
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
