I wanted to check on the status for PZ-2020-00124 and see if you needed any help or had questions after receiving the final review comments. I kept mine as unresolved for the public record but they have been resolved. Another question; will there be light bulbs strung around the patio? I am assuming at some point that there will be. I have attached what Imran from Keystone sent me. The pergola height is marked on the drawing already uploaded in the bottom corner of page. It is 11’ 0” in height. I will get back to you on color when Imran gets back with me. He is currently checking on the color. The pergola system itself is going to be the same as what is across the street at Bub’s burgers & ice cream (210 W Main St, Carmel).
