Dear Ryan and Caitlin Landis,
After review of the The Preserve at Bear Creek Owners Association, Inc. Architectural Approval
Form regarding the above-referenced property, we have approved your request to add a deck
to your home. Our approval of this improvement is based on the following information and
includes additional restrictions on page 2:
1. The homeowner must obtain any necessary building permits and provide copy to the
HOA.
2. The homeowner must locate and mark all utilities prior to construction.
3. Building material must be treated wood, cedar or its equivalent.
4. The deck must be maintained regularly, including seal and/or stain treatment every
three (3) years.
5. The deck must be built as proposed in your request.
6. The railing on the deck must not exceed 4’ in height.
