We had our 2 architects go out there yesterday and measure. I have attached their review below. By using the character building on 31 Rangeline, we are finding it to be approximately 31’ tall. The home we proposed at 411 is 35” tall, so the difference is 4’. That said, it would put our client’s home about 3’ less than the maximum 7’ dimension. I can continue working on the other questions, like windows and trim if you believe this data will solve for the height question. Look forward to hearing back! See attached and below snippet. I also attached some documents we were reviewing and wanted to clarify. Are you sure that 321 is the contributing building we must use? Is it the only one? As you know, we’re 9’ taller than the 7’ maximum you mentioned, based on 321. However, there are other buildings in that area that are 2-story. iIseems like without a variance, lot 411 is mandated to be a ranch. Just want some added feedback if you can so we can be intelligent when we meet with our clients. Thanks as always! Paul Owen
