Provide video and pipe information to City of Carmel and Hamilton County Surveyor’s office. It appears that Old Town Companies owns or plans to develop all of the lots that the storm line traverses. If the pipe does not facilitate drainage outside of the lots that will be redeveloped, the City would not object to its removal and abandonment of any associated easements. However, it is owned by the County so you will need to petition and gain approval from the county drainage board to take it out of service and have the easement abandoned. Please let me know if you have any questions.
