UTILITY NOTES:
1. ALL CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LATEST
STATE AND LOCAL BUILDING CODES, CITY OF CARMEL STANDARD
SPECIFICATIONS AND DETAILS.
2. THE CONTRACTOR MUST VERIFY THE LOCATION AND ELEVATIONS OF
ALL EXISTING UTILITIES PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. ANY DAMAGE TO
UTILITIES OR STRUCTURES SHALL BE REPAIRED BY THE CONTRACTOR
TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE UTILITY OWNER. SOME UTILITIES MAY
NOT BE SHOWN.
3. ALL EXISTING RIMS AND INVERTS SHALL BE FIELD VERIFIED PRIOR TO
THE START OF CONSTRUCTION. NOTIFY THE ENGINEER
IMMEDIATELY IF THERE ARE ANY DISCREPANCIES.
