All pricing is based on CMH Builders completing the entire scope of work using CMH Builders Supplier Materials.  Unit pricing may change if portions of the project removed from CMH Builders' scope. 2. CMH Builders offers a 2 year workmanship warranty on all basements, including a 1 time drywall touch up from settling within the first year. 3. Due to potential changes of material costs from suppliers CMH Builders estimates are valid for 30 days. 4. All work completed by CMH Builders will be up to local building codes.  This estimate does not include repairs or code updates required by the municipal inspector in other areas of the home. Any upgrades required by the inspector, outside of CMH Builders' scope of work, will require additional compensation. 5.  Not all items displayed in CMH Builders proved design is included in the estimate above. 6. Estimate includes up to 2 visits at 2 hours each visit to make selections with CMH Builders Designer.  Additional Charges of $85.00 per hour will apply for any time spent past the amount listed.  Jordan Magner,  "Homeowner"  has been presented with an estimate for basement finish and wishes to contract with CMH Builders Inc. "Contractor" to complete a basement finish project at 2977 Da Vinci DrCarmel, IN 46074.   Homeowner agrees to estimate total with the understanding that final selections may increase or decrease the final project cost.   Homeowner to complete all project selections prior to signing Contract with Contractor to determine final pre- construction cost. Contractor to present final contract documents to Homeowner within 5 Business Days of the successful completion of all project selections.  The homeowner has been presented and agreed to the basement design completed by the Contractor. The basement design is attached as Exhibit B to this Agreement.  Homeowner Agrees to pay an earnest money deposit of $1,000.00 when signing this agreement.
