Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals , originally scheduled on the 23rd day of
November, 2020 and tabled until requested to be added to the agenda of the VIRTUAL Board of
Zoning Appeals Meeting at 6 P.M on Monday, April 26, 2021. This is a public hearing upon the
appeal to:
Review the denial of a request to demolish a single family home for the sake of a newly
constructed home
The site is located at 130 15t Ave NW

Petitioner Name: The Old Town Design Group, LLC
This appeal seeks to demolish a remodeled home (2009/2010) to construct a new build by Old
Town Design Group. The Proposed design maintains the characteristics of the Old Town district
and seeks to preserve the tree in the front yard along 1st Ave NW.
The petition may be examined on the City's website, through Public Documents - Laser Fiche.
This will be a virtual meeting. It is recommended that persons wishing to view this meeting do so
online via www.carmelspeaks.org. All interested persons desiring to present their views on the
above application are encouraged to submit written comments, up to 2:00 p.m. the day of the

Procedure:
The petitioner shall incur the cost of the purchasing, placing, and removing the sign. The sign must be
placed in a highly visible and legible location from the road on the property that is involved with the public
hearing.

Procedure: The petitioner shall incur the cost of the purchasing, placing, and removing the sign. The sign
must be placed in a highly visible and legible location from the road on the property that is involved with the
public hearing.
The public notice sign shall meet the following requirements:
1. Must be placed on the subject property no less than 20 days prior to the public hearing date.
